Samsung
The Samsung steam closet, otherwise known as the “AirDresser”, combines powerful steam and air to relax light wrinkles and remove 99% of common bacteria, dust mites and odours. They are made in a size to be compatible with most walk-in closets and require no waterline connection. You just simply plug in and fill up the water reservoir and you’re ready to go! The Samsung AirDresser also doubles as a dehumidifier, by leaving the AirDresser’s door open and using the dehumidifying feature, it will remove excess moisture from any closet or room.
Samsung uses three air hangers to release air and steam throughout the AirDresser to refresh and sanitize the contents inside. The Samsung AirDresser has a heat pump, providing gentle low heat drying which reduces the risk of heat damage and shrinking. You can use the “Freshen Up” feature by inserting a dryer sheet into the built-in “Fresh Finish” compartment. It even has self-clean technology and reminds you when you’re due for a cleaning every 40 cycles.

The LG steam closet comes in 2 options - the LG Styler and the LG STUDIO Styler. The LG Styler has the option of 3 different finishes: mirror, espresso, or white. The LG STUDIO Styler comes in only the mirror finish and provides a larger capacity (5 hangers vs 3 hangers). LG also requires no waterline connection, with the water reservoir containers and standard electrical plug in.
Both the LG Styler and LG STUDIO Styler use similar technology as the Samsung AirDresser, combining powerful steam and air to relax light wrinkles and remove 99% of common bacteria, dust mites and odors from clothing, bedding and other items. The LG Styler and the LG STUDIO Styler both have a heat pump providing gentle low heat drying. The LG Styler has the exclusive feature of moving hangers, these moving hangers gently sway and shake to assist in keeping your clothes wrinkle free and fresh. The LG Styler and LG STUDIO Styler also come with a removable aroma filter for you to place a dryer sheet or cotton pads sprayed with your signature scent.
The Samsung and both LG steam closets are Wi-Fi compatible with an associated app able to be downloaded on IOS and Android phones. The Samsung comes with a 2-year manufacture warranty. Both LG models come with a 2-year manufacture warranty plus 10-year warranty on the Smart Invertor Compressor.
