The Women of Goemans Embrace Equity

International Women’s Day is a time to recognize and celebrate the social, economic, political, and cultural achievements by women. Here at Goemans, we strive to celebrate women’s achievements, educate and raise awareness for equality and encourage women everywhere. The theme for International Women’s Day this year is #EmbraceEquity.

As humans, we are all unique. Embracing equity means that we can recognize the uniqueness between each of us, and provide tools, support and resources based on our needs. Equity means creating an inclusive world, and at Goemans we are embracing equity to forge positive change within our company, and the world. Our Goemans family is a diverse group of talented individuals. We aim to create an environment for inclusivity, positivity and support. We recognize all of the amazing women that make our Goemans family whole, and this year, we wanted to shine a light on what International Women’s Day means to them.
